Our equipment covers the full treatment chain — from mechanical screening and grit removal through biological treatment, DAF clarification, and sludge dewatering. Each unit is configured to your process conditions: flow rate, contaminant profile, discharge requirements, and site constraints. We build for industrial duty cycles, not lab conditions.
We also supply water purification systems for process water, boiler feed, and reuse applications — including reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, and multimedia filtration. We don’t ship standard configurations and hope they fit. Before manufacturing begins, our engineers review your flow rate, inlet load, discharge targets, site constraints, and any local discharge compliance requirements. The result is equipment configured for your actual process conditions — not a catalogue specification adjusted after the fact.
Material selection, drive sizing, and control configuration are all determined by your process data. If your inlet conditions are variable or your discharge limits are strict, we engineer to those parameters from the start — not as an afterthought when problems appear on site.
Every order includes dimensional drawings and a process datasheet confirming the design basis. Your engineering team gets what they need for internal approval and environmental compliance sign-off before installation begins — without chasing documents after delivery.
Built to Industrial Duty Standards
Our equipment is designed for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments — high solids loads, corrosive media, variable flow conditions, and outdoor or unheated installations. We select materials and drive components rated for the actual service conditions, not optimistic laboratory benchmarks.
Structural frames, wetted components, and mechanical drives are specified for industrial duty cycles. Where stainless steel, epoxy coating, or sealed bearing arrangements are required by the service environment, they are included in the standard build — not offered as premium upgrades at additional cost.
Every unit undergoes functional pre-shipment testing at our facility before crating. Test records, motor certificates, and material inspection reports are provided as standard — included with every shipment as a matter of course, not available only on request.
