The Fiber Disc Microfilter is a compact, continuously operating filtration unit for fine solids removal from secondary effluent, cooling water, and process water streams. Rotating fiber cloth disc elements provide stable filtration at low head loss and minimal energy draw. Suitable as a standalone polishing step or as pre-treatment ahead of RO or UF membrane systems. Typical applications include municipal effluent reuse, industrial cooling circuits, agricultural irrigation reuse, and livestock facility wastewater.
The Chain Link Rotary Bar Screen provides continuous mechanical screening at wastewater inlets, removing coarse solids and fibrous material before downstream treatment equipment. The chain-driven rake mechanism self-cleans during operation, maintaining consistent screen opening and minimizing manual intervention. Suitable for installation in open channels at municipal sewage works, food and beverage processing, slaughterhouses, pharmaceutical plants, pulp and paper mills, pump station inlets, and agricultural runoff collection points.
The Multi-Disc Screw Press is a low-speed, continuous sludge dewatering unit suited to biological and mixed sludges across a wide solids concentration range. The self-cleaning gap between fixed and moving disc rings eliminates clogging without wash water, keeping operating costs and maintenance requirements low. Applicable across municipal sewage treatment, food processing, livestock and slaughterhouse effluent, textile dyeing, pulp and paper, chemical wastewater, and small-to-medium rural wastewater stations.
The Chemical Dosing System prepares and delivers precise volumes of coagulant, flocculant, disinfectant, or pH-correction chemicals to the treatment process. The skid-mounted configuration includes mixing tank, metering pump, level control, and PLC-based dosing control — factory assembled and ready for site connection. The PE Chemical Dosing Tank provides corrosion-resistant storage and mixing for liquid chemical reagents used in water and wastewater treatment dosing systems. Fabricated from high-density polyethylene with superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and oxidising agents. Available in multiple volume configurations for integration with metering pump skids in wastewater treatment, drinking water conditioning, RO system pretreatment, and agricultural irrigation chemical application.
The Shaftless Screw Conveyor transports dewatered sludge, screenings, grit, and other high-viscosity or fibrous bulk materials without a central shaft — eliminating the wrapping and jamming issues common with conventional screw conveyors. The open-spiral design handles sticky, abrasive, or irregular materials reliably in continuous operation. Standard installations include screenings discharge from bar screens, sludge cake transfer from dewatering presses, and solid waste handling at food processing, slaughterhouse, pulp and paper, and municipal treatment facilities.
The Inclined Screen Solid-Liquid Separator removes suspended solids from high-solids wastewater streams using gravity drainage across a static inclined screen surface. The wedge wire or perforated plate screen separates solids for discharge while clarified liquid passes through for further treatment. Low energy, no moving parts, and minimal maintenance make it well-suited to continuous duty at livestock farms, slaughterhouses, food processing plants, aquaculture facilities, and industrial pretreatment applications.

Catalytic Oxidation Unit
The Catalytic Oxidation Unit destroys volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and malodorous gases from industrial exhaust streams through catalytic oxidation at operating temperatures significantly below those required for thermal incineration. Lower ignition temperature reduces fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions relative to direct-flame systems. Suitable for continuous exhaust treatment at chemical manufacturing plants, coating and printing facilities, pharmaceutical production, and wastewater treatment facilities requiring odour and VOC compliance.
The Biological Odour Control System removes hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, and other odorous compounds from process air using a packed biofilter bed inoculated with naturally occurring microbial populations. No chemical reagents are consumed in normal operation, and the biological media requires only periodic inspection. Designed for continuous duty at wastewater treatment works, sludge handling facilities, livestock farms, slaughterhouses, and composting operations where chemical scrubbing costs or reagent handling are operational constraints.
The Multimedia Pressure Filter removes suspended solids, turbidity, and fine particulate from water streams through a stratified bed of graded filter media under operating pressure. The vessel design supports backwash regeneration for continuous service without media replacement. Applied in industrial process water conditioning, cooling tower side-stream filtration, boiler feed pretreatment, wastewater polishing, and pre-treatment ahead of membrane systems including RO and UF.
The Rotary Drum Screen continuously removes coarse and medium solids from wastewater flows using a slowly rotating cylindrical screen element. Internally or externally fed configurations are available depending on channel geometry and installation constraints. Self-cleaning spray headers maintain screen aperture throughput without manual cleaning intervals. Standard applications include municipal sewage headworks, food and beverage processing discharge, aquaculture pond water intake, and industrial wastewater pretreatment.
Travelling Bridge Sludge Scraper
The Travelling Bridge Sludge Scraper collects and removes settled sludge from rectangular sedimentation tanks and primary or secondary clarifiers. The bridge structure traverses the full tank length on rails, with scraper blades maintaining continuous sludge movement toward the collection hopper. Designed for unattended continuous operation with low power consumption. Applied at municipal sewage treatment works, industrial effluent treatment plants, and drinking water sedimentation basins.
Dissolved Air Flotation/DAF
The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system separates suspended solids, fats, oils, and greases from wastewater by generating fine micro-bubbles under pressure and releasing them at atmospheric pressure in the flotation tank. Micro-bubbles attach to suspended particles, carrying them to the surface as a float layer for mechanical skimming. DAF systems achieve high removal efficiency for low-density particles that settle poorly under gravity. Principal applications include food and beverage processing, edible oil production, slaughterhouse effluent, chemical and petrochemical wastewater, and secondary clarification at industrial treatment facilities.
